Role: Trade Counter AssistantLocation: Aberdeen, ScotlandSector: Construction Supplies / Building Materials / Builders MerchantsSalary: £24,000 - £26,000 p/a, Hours: Monday - Friday, Flexible working hoursWe are recruiting a Trade Counter Sales professional, to help drive the business forward, for a highly respected and well-established builders merchants and building materials distributor.The position has arisen due to continued growth and expansion within the sector, and, as a business overall.As a Trade Counter Sales operative, you will Ideally have experience working within a builders merchants environment; either on the trade counter, shop floor or as a sales advisor, who is used to dealing with building contractors/developers,as well as local tradespeople.You will ideally have a good knowledge of building products. However, Full product and hardware training will be given, and a career development path with superb progression opportunities, can be easily established.Anyone with any experience within a builders merchants, plumbers merchants or trade sales environment, would be of particular interest, but this experience is non-essential to the permanent position as Trade Counter Sales Operative.This Trade Counter role will incorporate the following duties and tasks:
