Due to expansion and contract wins we are looking for a Tendering Associate to join our Aberdeen team. If you have commercial experience working with Bids, Tenders or Proposals and are looking for a new challenge at a company where staff are highly valuedand developed, this could just be the role for you.Responsibilities:- Creating Tenders to provide a leading level of response to all RFI, RFQ & ITT processes in Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas.- Production, maintenance, and analysis of commercial documentation for support of tenders.- Oversee compilation, document control and delivery of tender packs to deadlines- Input into innovative tendering methods to be on the forefront of commercial marketing- ITT Clarification management- Log debrief of tenders into performance improvement plans- Responding to tenders and undertaking market analysis across Offshore Wind and Oil & Gas- Market analysis & Mapping across the ERRV & SOV Space- Work closely with the senior Management team on a routine basis to provide innovative and detailed solutions to clients
