Job Description

Exciting Opportunity for a Tender Manager in Aberdeenshire - Apply Now!Were urgently seeking a talented Tender Manager to join our team based in Aberdeenshire. This is a temporary role spanning approximately 9 to 12 months, offering a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000, depending on your experience.Embrace the flexibility of hybrid working, and bring your expertise in renewables, specifically offshore wind, to make a significant impact. Immediate start availableResponsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire tender cycle process from initiation to completion.
  • Craft top-notch tenders, encompassing cost pricing, execution methodology, terms and conditions, and risk analysis.
  • Execute the RFQ process, making tech solution decisions and presenting innovative solutions.
  • Review terms and conditions, collaborating with internal management/teams to ensure comprehensive capture through submission to the client.
  • Lead the Product Line Tender Team, taking full responsibility for managing, delivering, and winning tenders.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Proven expertise in tender management.
  • Previous experience in line management, particularly with small tendering teams.
  • Essential skills in proposal/tender writing and pricing/estimation.
  • In-depth commercial and market knowledge.
  • Degree or HNC qualification in Business, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Experience in a BD, Sales, or Commercial function within the Renewables sector, specifically Offshore Wind.
