Job Description

Deskside IT Support technicians are required by a well-respected nationwide IT Services business.This position is available in multiple locations throughout the UK as listed:

  • Aberdeen
  • Birmingham
  • Bournemouth
  • Bristol
  • Chelmsford
  • Hull
  • Leicester
  • Manchester
  • Norwich
  • Reading
  • Southampton
  • Stevenage
  • Watford
    • The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting around 20-50 users with Desk side support on site, troubleshooting issues, resolving software and hardware faults, setting up equipment, and striving to continually improve the delivery of technical support.Requirements:
  • Must have suitable recent experience in providing 1st line IT support
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues on an IT service desk/ helpdesk
  • Proficient in supporting Windows desktop environments
