Job Description

Our client is seeking a Property Manager to work full-time managing a portfolio of customers. This is an excellent opportunity within a progressive company where there is brilliant scope to keep developing whilst working as part of a friendly and fun team-environment.Benefits Include:

Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee a substantial portfolio of ground-only developments.
  • Supervise and monitor both reactive and proactive repair activities.
  • Coordinate and manage tender processes for grounds maintenance contracts.
  • Conduct routine property visits.
  • Oversee the implementation of customer excellence.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with customers and contractors.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of routine customer communications.
  • Facilitate regular owners’ meetings, both individually and in group settings.
  • Organise and oversee evening AGMs for portfolio sites.
  • Customer satisfaction (measured by complaints percentage and survey/interview results).
  • Customer response times (percentage of deliveries meeting target times).
Skills/Requirements:
  • Clean UK driving licence.
  • Prior experience in a customer service-oriented position.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using Office 365.
  • Capability to meet performance targets.
  • Adaptability under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred, but not mandatory).
