Job Description

With a strong focus on Cloud Services, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure, they providecomprehensive cloud solutions to a diverse range of clients. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for both external customers and internal users, responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing prompt and effective support to IT queries via various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and portal.
  • Performing system installations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks to prevent service disruptions.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, including FAQ materials and training manuals for end-users.
  • Managing support requests, documenting issue severity, and utilizing standard procedures to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service to customers.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated understanding of cloud technology, preferably with prior experience in a customer-facing role within the cloud or IT industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for cloud technology and infrastructure, coupled with a commitment to supporting customers in achieving their cloud adoption and business objectives.
  • Effective communication skills, both virtual and face-to-face.
  • Proficiency in organising and maintaining documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments to achieve common goals.
