Shorterm Group are delighted to be partnered with a global engineering/manufacturing business in their search for a number of full time, permanent Site Operatives.Currently they have projects live across the globe and are looking to appoint people ASAP. Your main role will be mixing, and applying fire protective products to a variety of structures, these are usually Oil & Gas rigs or Wind Turbines, however, they supplyto a variety of different industries so no one project is ever the same!Experience for this role is desirable although not essential as full training will be provided. However, you must have the following for your application to be successful: * Driving license * In date passport* COVID vaccinations (due to international travel) * Experience with COSHH* Live within reasonable distance from a major airport Desirable: * Coating/painting/insulation experience To start with youll complete your training on site, overseeing the entire process from start to finish, all products are mixed on-site so this is where youll start. Once youve mastered the first phase of the process youll move onto applying the productsonto structures. This would usually suit someone from a paint sprayer background as it is a very similar process but we are currently welcoming applications from all backgrounds. Any certificates/qualifications that may be needed for certain site work willbe paid for by the company, this includes offshore certs if offshore work is required. Youll be expected to be away from home around 6-12 weeks at a time, and when you do return home youll be paid a base rate whilst in between projects and on standby. When on site youll receive uplifts depending on where you are (UK onshore, UK offshore, Overseasetc.) OTE (Base Salary + Uplifts) is around £45k. Want to know more Apply now for further information.
