Contract Scotland are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to undertake an initial 6 month contract in Aberdeen to oversee void housing refurbishment projects starting late February 2023. Our client are a refurbishment specialist contractor busy on a number of public sector frameworks and owing to this have a need for a Site Manager to come on board to take on an initial 6 month contract which could extend as long as 12 months in duration. The role will have a van provided and as such a drivers license is required but will involve overseeing internal refurbishment works on up to 5no properties at a time within a 5 mile radius all in the Aberdeen City Area. The ideal candidate will have previous demonstrable experience managing refurbishment works and ideally hold a minimum of a SSSTS and a First Aid at Work but this is not essential. This role can be worked Ltd Co, CIS or PAYE.
