This role is on a full time permanent basis and provides the opportunity for career development within a progressive organisation.If you are an existing Site Manager with Commercial Building experience or a strong Site Supervisor looking for your next Career step then I would like to hear from you!QualificationsEssential:CITB SMSTS site supervisor certificateCSCS CardDrivers licenceFirst AidDesirable:Bachelors Degree related to construction or civil engineeringManagement qualification NVQ/SVQ level 4 is desirable (holds or is currently undertaking or is willing to achieve in a timely manner).Construction trade craft apprenticeshipCompetencies Essential Criteria:Sufficient knowledge and experience of managing the construction of multi-disciplinary highly serviced buildings to demonstrate full competency in site management of such projects.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, persuade, guide and motivate others.Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.Computer Literacy - including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.Desirable Criteria:Minimum 2 years project supervising experience including directing site works and project management.Experience of Managing/Supervising on Distillery Projects.Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practice.Ability to demonstrate experience of effectively dealing with operational issues, opportunities and obstacles.For more information please contact Brian at C&P Recruitment
