As Scotland’s only purpose-built Neurological Care Centre, we arecommitted to optimizing independence and supporting physical, emotional, and social needs.The Role:As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will manage a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants. Your responsibilities include ensuring effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of high standards of holisticcare for service users. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for performance management of all clinical staff, adhering to Sue Ryder policies and procedures for recruitment, induction, development, supervision, appraisal, and discipline.What We Offer:
