Senior Hydraulic Technician Kintore £40,000-£44,000 + Pension+ Private Health Care (incl Private Dental) + Gym Membership Excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic technician to join a growing business, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of complex hydraulic and mechanical systems.The company has already established itself as a key player in providing mechanical and hydraulic solutions across a variety of services; including, Rental Equipment, design and manufacturing, refurbishing and service and Marine cranes for international clients.Looking to build upon their reputation by expanding within the renewables market.In this role youll be working closely alongside the engineering department, installing and setting up hydraulic pumps and rotating equipment as well as, faulting finding and troubleshooting hydraulic and mechanical faults across a broad range of associatedequipment. The position will also involve mentoring junior technicians and being a key player within the workshop. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with Hydraulics, looking to move into a more senior position. The candidate will be enthusiastic and focused, take great pride in their work, with a fine attention to detail. This is perfect role for a technician with extensive experience with hydraulic and mechanical equipment, working towards a more senior level, looking to work in an empowered environment with a good package deal.The role: * Assembling Hydraulic power units, control panels and reelers * Maintaining and refurbishing a range of hydraulic and mechanical equipment * Fault finding and diagnosis * Interpreting hydraulic schematics * Developing and mentoring Junior technicians * Monday to Thursday 7:30-4:30, Friday 7:00-4:00The Person: * Experience working with hydraulics- 5 years +* Proven ability in Hose Manufacturing, system assembly and Fault-finding * Experience with Hydraulic pumps, including installation setup and troubleshooting.* Good communication and interpersonal skills * Strong computer literacy* Passion for the field with a strong work ethic Reference Number: BBBH223518To apply for this role or to be considered for further roles, please click "Apply Now" or contact Caitlin Conway at Rise Technical Recruitment.
