We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team, we specialise in materials handling equipment and service the Manufacturing, FMCG, Oil Services and Logistics industries in Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire. Previous experience in the heavy plant/materialshandling sector would be advantageous however we will consider applications from sales professionals out with these sectors if their track record in growing revenue is excellent.Responsibilities Actively manage activities of the sales team Actively manage activities of the sales admin and marketing team Report results, opportunities and planned activities Keep up to date with target market, products and competitors Discuss and agree Marketing pan with Directors Identify possible new products and services for consideration Attend sales meetings, dealer meetings and marketing events Carry out appraisals and address any HR day to day issues Completes administration tasks as required Increasing business opportunities through multiple routes to market Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targetsPerson Specification Hardworking, honest sales professional Experienced it the B2B Aberdeen markets (oil services, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics) Managerial experience Full UK Driving Licence
