The Role - Regional Training OfficerLocation - North of Scotland (travel throughout the North of Scotland to Colleges and Employer sites) - Aberdeen/Dundee/Perth.Salary - £27.5KHours - 37.5 hours - Monday - Friday (flexible hours around the requirements of the role)Job benefits -* Car allowance* Pension provision* Group Life Cover* Holiday: 24 Days Annual Leave + 9 Public Holidays.We are recruiting for a Regional Training Officer to cover the North of Scotland. The role will actively promote the service and monitor the progress of candidates across multiple locations i.e. college campuses and employer sites.Due to the nature of the role, we will only be short listing candidates with a full clean driving license who are based in central location i.e. Aberdeen, Dundee or Perth. How your day may look -* Actively promote the business to employers based in your designated area* First point of contact with employers, apprentices and colleges for phone calls, emails and face-to-face* Create and manage constructive relationships with key stakeholders* Build co-operation with apprentices, employers, college staff and others and to motivate at all levels* Induct apprentices and their employers* Carry out quarterly apprentice reviews at the college and workplace to comply with the required monitoring contractual timescales* Acting as liaison between colleges and employers/apprentices* Attend team meetings at headquarters* Work within and meet the requirements of the Quality Management System (currently BS EN ISO 9001:2015)* Publicise, promote, and attend both internal and external eventsEssential Experience, Skills, Attributes Required* High level organisational and time management skills* Must have a positive character* Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Experienced with Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Outlook* Good interpersonal and presentation skills* Full clean driving licenseDesirable Experience* Previous experience working in a technical and/or training environment* An appropriate mechanical related/training qualification to at least S/NVQ level 3 or aboveWe understand you may have some questions regarding the locations for this role and we would be happy to explain further on a call.If you are interested please either apply or call and ask for Victoria McEwanOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
