From spotting and handling Early Warning and Compensation Event notices to ensuring everything is up to scratch with the Planning Department, your days will be filled with varietyand challenge. Youll also be instrumental in advising the departments on their contractual duties and drawing up Applications for Payment that are in line with the NEC method or framework.But its not just about the contracts. Youll play a pivotal role in financial forecasting, preparing cost and value reports, and analyzing everything from prelims to subcontract costs.
