Quantity SurveyorAberdeenshire £40,000 - £60,000 + Training + Additional Accreditations + Pension + 30 Days Holiday PAAre you looking to join a well established company who are well respected within the industry Do you have experience within an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor role within the utilities/construction industryThis company is a key player within their industry and boasts over 40 years of experience within the sector. They have won multiple awards and accreditations and have beenvoted a great place to work on numerous occasions.In this position you will be responsible for the preparation of tender and contract documents, outlining bills of quantities and cash flow forecasts. You will also undertake cost analysis and report on pre and post contract projects work on sites includingbut not limited to utility connections and diversions, civils, drainage etc.The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering projects, this could be within a variety of industries including but not limited to; Utilities, Oil and Gas, Construction. It is also essential that you have a background in estimation or quantitysurveying and it would be advantageous if you had relevant qualifications like HND in Quantity Surveying or project management qualifications.
