Role: Project AdministratorLocation: AberdeenDuration: 04 monthsWe are looking for a Project Administrator to support the SPS business in Stoneywood Aberdeen for a period of 4 months to cover sickness leave.The successful candidate will support project managers across the Stoneywood and Montrose sites, however the position will be based solely from Stoneywood (5 days per week)Essential Responsibilities Generate Sales Orders (in liaison with the Project Manager) using the information contained in Customers Contracts or Purchase Orders. Maintain sales orders, including accurate date information. Responsibility for all activities within project related administrative tasks:o Shipping, raise pick/pack list, coordinating with logistics team and warehouse.o Downdating of all parts following shipment to support inventory control.o Preparation and submission of Milestone Certificates and Variation Order Requests to Client.o Coordination and follow up of all customer past dues for Flow project invoicing.o Preparation and submission of Invoicing for Intercompany Projects. Creation of all Ariba purchase orders for indirect purchasing associated with project scope. Maintenance of all indirect POs & Booking in for supplier payment transactions. All filing system activities for assigned projects. Create and maintain Project Variation Order (VO) Schedule within the local ERP System (Client). Support the Project Manager and team in the generation and submission of customer reports Arrange, attend and minute internal and external project meetings. Other administrative and support activities as required by the Project Planning, Project Manager and Well Systems Fulfilment Leader.
