Exciting Opportunity: Parts and Service Sales ManagerJoin the dynamic team at Johnson Controls Global Marine & Navy as our Parts and Service Sales Manager! We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to drive parts sales and service growth in the vibrant UK market, with a special focus on the thrivingAberdeen area.What You Will Do

  • Spearhead our efforts to supply and service fire and safety equipment in the Oil & Gas and Commercial Marine sectors.
  • Expand our market share by cross-selling additional products and services to both new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with our UK operations team to execute innovative sales growth strategies.
  • Seize the opportunity to diversify our customer base while nurturing existing key accounts.

How You Will Do It
  • Lead the charge with our Go-To-Market strategies, leveraging enterprise tools and value selling concepts.
  • Adapt and evolve your sales strategies based on market insights and dynamics.
  • Make the most of our systems, tools, and pricing policies for effective sales execution.
  • Harness the power of Salesforce CRM and marketing support for impactful communications.
What We Look For
  • Proven history in driving new business and nurturing client relationships.
  • Expertise in relationship selling, business development, and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM application and matrix organizational structures.
  • Preferably, an established client base within the Commercial Marine and/or Oil, Gas & Marine market.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey technical and commercial information with flair.
  • A collaborative yet autonomous mindset focused on delivering results and exceptional customer engagement.
