Job Description

This remote based Paraplanner job in Scotland is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing financial planning firm.You will be providing a full paraplanning function to their Financial Advisors, ensuring client service and compliance are always delivered. The business is building an infrastructure to have a 2:1 ratio of back office team to Financial Advisors. Your responsibilitieswill include:

  • Preparing and maintaining client files and client reviews
  • Building cash flow models
  • Undertaking research to identify appropriate financial planning solutions
  • Preparing recommendations and suitability reports
  • Identifying areas for further financial planning
  • Establishing and building strong relationships with clients
The business is focused on achieving a high retention of clients and team members, therefore has an inclusive team culture.Paraplanner Requirements
  • You should have 3+ years experience as a Paraplanner
  • You should have excellent suitability report writing skills
  • Experience of using cash flow modelling would be preferable
  • Individuals holding full Diploma or close to achieving this would be preferable
  • You must be enthusiastic for your profession; be forward thinking; do the right thing and actively care for your clients and colleagues
