Job Description

Contract Scotland are working with a 5 star housebuilder to recruit a New Homes Sales Adviser to cover Aberdeenshire.Our client is looking for an experienced customer orientated candidate to help customers find their dream home and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. This would suit a proactive, process driven person with excellent interpersonalskills.Key requirements of the role:

  • Experience of delivering sales in a service environment e.g. housebuilding retail, hospitality, banking, estate agency.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products to match clients needs and wants.
  • Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement, building a strong rapport with potential clients and existing ones.
  • Encourages and supports people in the team, sharing knowledge and best practice.
  • Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally.
  • Strong IT skills
