An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse to join Huntly Ward as a Deputy Charge Nurse.Huntly Ward is a busy adult mental health acute admissions ward with a catchment area that predominantly covers Aberdeen City.The post holder will have specific responsibility and accountability for maintaining both clinical and staff governance.The post holder should be passionate about providing the highest level of care to patients, leading by example for the team to ensure that those levels are delivered.The post holder will be expected to have managerial responsibility for the area in the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse.
