Band 5 Staff NurseThe Eden UnitRoyal Cornhill HospitalPermanent Full Time & Part Time PostEden Unit is a specialised Inpatient Service for the treatment of severe eating disorders.It is a regional facility which takes referrals from Tayside, Grampian and Highland Health Boards as well as Orkney, Shetland and the Western Isles.The Unit also incorporates a transitional care facility for up to 4 patients, to assist with the transition from Inpatient Service to Outpatient Services.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a RMN to join our busy Nursing team. We are seeking a motivated RMN to support the current nursing and wider team in all aspects of the running of this highly specialised facility.The successful candidate will be expected to deliver care in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and in line with local and national policy including health and safety legislation.Experience of patients with Eating Disorders would be an advantage, but not essential.The successful candidate will be expected to work rotational shifts across both day and night duty.For more information please contact Shaun Ewen , Senior Charge Nurse or Deputy Charge Nurses Helen Hutchinson and Elaine Ross on (01224)557348 or 557521.
