Job Description

A new job based in an Aberdeen city centre office with easy access by public transport or car, or perhaps even a short walk or cycle if you like to keep fit. Youll be offered a salary up to around £60k depending on experience and youllenjoy a host a company benefits.DescriptionIf this sounds like the next move for you, heres the skills and experience youll need to bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting a range of IT applications
  • Knowledge of a range of business systems (Oracle, Primavera etc.)
  • Have an understanding of the wider IT architecture that supports the applications
  • Ability to manage software suppliers and other 3rd party vendors and service providers
  • Demonstrable experience of application upgrades, patching, deployment etc.
  • Contribute to the management of software licensing etc.
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
ProfileThe successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and software applications preferably with some working knowledge of Oracle (including PL/SQL) and MS SQL Server.Job OfferThis is a short snapshot of the role on offer.
