Job Description

Join Our Team in Aberdeen as an Internal Sales AssociateAre you ready to be a pivotal part of our Oil and Gas Products team Were looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Associate to join us in Aberdeen. In this role, youll be responsible for managing orders across all Johnson Controls Global Products, Third PartyVendor requirements, and the supply of Spares & Equipment. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager for UK Global Products, youll be the primary point of contact for customer queries, quotes, and orders.What We Offer

What You Will Do:
  • Prepare and issue quotes to clients.
  • Obtain quotes from vendors.
  • Receive and process client orders.
  • Manage product and service requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate transportation of goods to/from UK and European calibration facilities
  • Prepare and submit invoices.
  • Contribute to monthly forecasts.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers.
What We Look For:
  • Previous experience in sales administration
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with customers and cross-functional team members.
  • Prior experience in international transportation of goods is preferred but not essential.
