Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and ambitious sales professional to take a leading role in driving the performance of a high growth SME with a global remit, as part of a small, agile and hugely client-centric team. Reporting to the ChiefCommercial Officer, this role will take the lead on outbound sales growth, helping to build and cultivate a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities internationally.Client DetailsLeaders in global payroll outsourcing, providing businesses with international payroll, payment services, global mobility and HR support.DescriptionMy client is growing at pace, and they care about their clients and getting them the right solution that works not just for today, but for wherever their ambitions take them. They have built a fantastic pipeline of opportunities through organic channels,but as they strive towards best in class growth and sector presence, they are ready to now take a really proactive step into the market with the brand new role of Head of Sales.Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will take the lead on outbound sales growth, helping to build and cultivate a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities internationally, and creating a differentiating network of prospects and professionalswho will be instrumental to our growth in our key segments.

  • Youll be responsible for identifying market opportunities through direct channels, building the long-term strategies and driving the outcomes for high growth across all our markets.
  • Youll be a high impact, visible and personal advocate and ambassador of the brand, representing and projecting all that is positive and exciting about the products, solutions and our people
  • Youll generate a strong personal market presence both internationally and virtually, driving global interest in our products and enthusiasm to work with us - opening doors to customers and markets that havent yet seen the value we can bring
  • Youll take ownership of these new relationships and guide these through to successful conversions with the support of our Business Development team
  • We want to build a really positive and engaging sales culture internally too - after all our people are our biggest asset and know our customers better than anyone. Well look to you to become the internal guru for growth, helping us to unlock the salespotential across the organisation
  • Youll help craft and communicate our USPs and proof points, through sales collateral, campaigns and direct approaches
ProfileAs follows.
  • An engaging, persuasive and tenacious sales professional, with a proven track record in revenue generation and sales conversion with an ambition to have a tangible impact on business growth
  • Ideally a background in the HCM or Global Payroll sector and a robust understanding of market influences, trends and competitor landscape. Candidates from other solution sales backgrounds such as SaaS are encouraged to apply as you will certainly have transferableskills for the role. Other backgrounds that may work include HR consultancy, business outsourcing solutions and other forms of service sales.

  • An influential presenter, able to fully understand the customer needs and deliver a solution that truly provides value add to critical decision makers
