Job Description

We are currently looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join our clients, an established financial planning firm in Scotland. You would ensure all administration for life, pensions and investments submitted business is effectively managed to completion/issuein a timely manner, and that all the service levels are met.The ideal candidate will work from either their Perth or Stonehaven Office but with the ability to work from home.The successful Financial Services Administrator will be offered:

To be considered for the Financial Services Administrator role you must have:
  • Minimum of one year in a Financial Services Administrator Role
  • Must have an excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manners.
  • Proficient IT skills, basic spreadsheet, and database knowledge
  • Good planning and effective organisational skills
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Methodological approach to work
As a Financial Services Administrator, your role will involve the following:
  • Client Servicing: including creating new client packs, preparing, and processing authority letters, and ensuring relevant documents are uploaded.
  • Compliance: performing relevant anti-money laundering checks and checking compliance documentation is completed.
  • New Business Submission: use client database to track new business and current position, updating planner accordingly.
  • Assist the Management Team on any administrative or office-based tasks as deemed appropriate.
