Job Description

Electrical Engineer required for a manufacturer within panel boards, based in Aberdeen.This is an exciting opportunity for an electrical engineer to join an ever-growing and expanding engineering team.The successful electrical engineer will need experience of electrical power and control experience as this is essential within the role. Experience within PLCs and CAD, is also very beneficial.Electrical Engineer Position Overview

  • Liaise with Engineering Manager on Engineering matters.
  • Assist with the efficient and cost-effective operation of activities and utilisation or personnel.
  • Prepare quotations in accordance with client specifications.
  • Liaise with clients on their specifications.
  • Produce Cad drawings.
  • Instruct and liaise with workshop supervisor, personnel, draughtsman & document controller.
  • Approve drawings and job pack documentation.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with QA & Safety Procedures & Instructions.
Electrical Engineer Position Requirements
  • HND or Degree qualified / equivalent in an electrical field of study.
  • Experience working within electrical power and controls is essential.
  • PLC and CAD knowledge is desirable.
  • Proven background within electrical design engineering.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
  • Commutable distance to Aberdeen.
Electrical Engineer Position Remuneration
  • Salary - £45,000 to £48,000 - dependent upon experience, skills and qualifications.
  • Holiday Package.
