The ideal candidate will have a strong background invibration analysis and lube oil analysis, with a passion for utilizing these skills to enhance the efficiency and lifespan of critical machinery.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive vibration analysis on various machinery to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Perform lube oil analysis to assess the condition of machinery components and provide insights into lubricant health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement condition monitoring programs and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technologies and tools to monitor and analyze equipment performance in real-time.
  • Generate detailed reports on equipment health, trends, and recommended actions for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Vibration Analysis Level 2 Qualification would be ideal
  • Proven experience in vibration analysis and lube oil analysis.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard condition monitoring tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
