About The RoleChef ManagerFull Time, 40 hours per weekMorrisons Market Kitchen is coming to AberdeenWe are excited to recruit a very talented Chef Manager to lead from the front of our new Aberdeen Market Kitchen concept, leading the team to success from the very beginning of the journey.Market Kitchen is a brand new concept for Morrisons and will be based within our busy Aberdeen Store following the successful launch of Market Kitchens across the UK. Market Kitchen will use ingredients straight from our famous Market Street to create delicious and affordable meals for customers. Customers can either wait for food to be prepared by our chefs, pick it up in pre-packed portions, or order food from home viaDeliveroo. Our food offering will be trend driven and often reacting to consumer behaviours and feedback and will offer tasty dishes on the go at affordable prices. As Chef Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the team prepare a delicious selectionof dishes from our Market Kitchen Menufrom Freshly Made Pizzas, Breakfasts and Pasta to Milkshakes, Waffles and Coffee. You will be comfortable working to set plans but also keen to make your mark by sharing current trendsand implementing your own style and ideas.It will be a fun, whilst fast-paced environment and a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative new concept where your expertise and passion for great food is crucial to the brands ongoing successAbout YouAll the right IngredientsYoull be an established Chef who is committed to ensuring excellence in customer experience, used to working with quality, fresh products and of course be a hands-on leader.
