Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to join the team at our state-of-the-art Energy Training Centre. Sales experience in the Energy, Training or Oil Service sectors would be advantageous however we willbe considering candidates from all sales backgrounds. The successful applicant will receive ongoing training and development, health care cash plan, onsite catering, company pension and excellent commission scheme.Responsibilities:Manage the sales pipeline and source leadsPlan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.Set demo session with the potential customer to convertMeet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain relationshipProvide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and informationAttend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.Account Management of high-volume accountsDirect client engagement (meetings, phone calls, direct emails)Promotional mail campaignstargeted to business needsUpsell opportunities across training course portfolioCross sell opportunities across groupSupport for bookings coordination to engage new clients and onboardingQualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required: Proven success in a sales or KPI driven customer service role Confident negotiator with strong closing skills Strong client / account management skillsOther Requirements: Strong communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills A positive attitude to dealing with people Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks Capable of working independently, and having responsibility
