Job Title: Administrator AssistantLocation:AberdeenSalary: £20,000 to £23,000 per annum Responsibilities:Implement filing system Collate time-sheets for workers and compile Preparing and organising meeting roomsDealing with the administration and postal dutiesStoring and managing stationery requirementsScanning/ photocopying/shredding/labelling /filingTo co-ordinate travel arrangements for team members including rail, air travel and hotel bookings.To arrange meetings and update electronic diaries.The ideal candidate:Will be able to complete tasks in a timely mannerExcellent organizational, co-ordination and administration skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone mannerFriendly, helpful and proactive with a desire to make a differenceGood time keeping and organisational skillsBe able to adapt to change easilyPrevious experience in a similar roleTo apply, please use our standard online application form by clicking the Apply button below.
