Accounts Payable Team Member £21,811 - £22,443 + Competitive BenefitsAberdeenDo you have previous experience of working in an AccountsPayable roleFirstBus is looking for a part time AccountsPayable Team Member, to join us in Aberdeen! You will participate in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the AccountsPayable Team, with the collaborativeresponsibility of the effective delivery of service to various internal and external stakeholders.We are looking for someone who can demonstrate clear drive and ambition and deliver a strong customer focus and quality service as part of the team.This is a part time role where you will be working 22.5 hours per week.Welcome to FirstBusHello.   • Actioning invoices and credit notes in accordance withAccountsPayable processes and procedures
  • Sending queries using an electronicauthorisation system
  • Continuously looking to improve Invoice Automation rates
  • Liaisingwith purchasing, suppliers and internal/external customers, to resolve invoice queries
  • Reviewing and updating internal processes and procedures
  • Workingwith the team to achieve set objectives/targets.
What are we looking for
  • Previous experience of working in an AccountsPayable Role
  • Experience of workingwith financial systems
  • Computer literate (keyboard skills, and experience of workingwith PC/ email)
  • Experience in the use and application of Microsoft Excel software
  • Good planning and organisingskillswithability to meet deadlines
  • Good communicationskills (both written and verbal)
  • Good interpersonalskills
  • Adaptable / flexible approach
  • Self-motivatedwithability to work on own initiative
  • Quick to learn new skills whilst always keeping high attention to detail
  • Good research and analyticalskills
