We work with our customers, many of which are the top blue-chip food companies, to provide unique enzyme solutionsthat help them solve process problems, valorise waste, facilitate biochemical reactions or deliver competitive advantage through using a unique product.Role Overview:Due to our on-going commitment to expanding our product portfolio which is central to accelerating our growth, we have an opportunity for a Systems Support Engineer - Levels 1 & 2 who will have an integral role in providing effective IT assistance acrossall aspects of the business and support to the IT Manager.About you:You must have at least 1-2 years demonstratable experience in a similar frontline IT role and hold a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent in a relevant IT discipline).In your role, you will resolve 1st and 2nd level IT issues quickly and efficiently and provide a broad range of support including network and server administration to include Exchange, SharePoint and FS permissions, daily system health checks and systemmaintenance.To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience with 1st & 2nd level support and ITSM processes and an understanding of networking essentials, Microsoft Office 365, Windows & Linux OS and domain administration.Having an understanding of Exchange Server, GPO and SQL administration, Sage 200, security firewall and project management would be advantageous.If you are someone who enjoys communicating with people, working in an open and friendly environment, with great organisational skills, attention to detail and the desire to get things done, we would love to hear from you.Need to know:
