Job Description

Job: Stock Condition SurveyorRate: £19.85 - £25.34 Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf Borough (site and office based) Duration: 3-6 months +Are you passionate about making a positive impact on communities Do you have experience in conducting EPC surveys and stock condition assessments If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!BRC is seeking a talented individual to work on a temporary contract basis as a Stock Condition Surveyor. As part of a dynamic team, youll play a crucial role in assessing the condition of a varied housing stock, updating data using Lifespan, and contributingto the provision of safe and sustainable homes for all residents.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct EPC surveys and stock condition assessments to evaluate the condition of our housing stock.
  • Update and maintain accurate data using Lifespan software.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and thorough surveying processes.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in conducting EPC surveys and stock condition assessments preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Lifespan software or similar data management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be IT literate.
Additional Information:
  • Must have a full driving licence and access to a car for the job
  • Social housing experience is desirable.
  • Equipment will be provided.
  • Training on the system will be provided.
