Job Title: QC Laboratory Technician (Enzyme Assays)Location: Nantgarw, CardiffSalary: £21,250 per annum + substantial benefitsHours: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday - Friday, will need to be flexible to meet business needsClosing date: 9:30am 8th August 2022Biocatalysts is a global biotechnology company producing speciality enzymes at commercial scales, offering both off-the-shelf enzyme products and a customised enzyme discovery, development and manufacturing service. From identifying an enzyme that existsas a concept on a database, through to producing large scale commercial quantities of stable enzymes suitable for global shipment.Due to our accelerated growth and expansion, we have created a new opportunity for a QC Laboratory Technician (enzyme assays) who will be part of our highly motivated Assay team.About the role:You will be an integral member of our compliance and project teams - helping to deliver the needs of our customers. Primarily, you will complete enzyme assay data to ensure quality control of our high-quality enzyme products; as well as ensuring our customersspecifications are delivered on time.About you:Being analytical with great attention to detail and accuracy is essential. You will have practical experience of working in a lab environment.
