Job Description

Payroll Officer Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit is supporting a charity based in Nantgarw for a Payroll Officer to join a leading organisation. As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the team with the payroll process for the organisation,ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.What you will be doing as Payroll Officer:

  • Extensive experience in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time, including experience with pensions and statutory payments.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies
  • Proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of payroll officers.
If you have extensive experience in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time, a strong understanding of payroll legislation and regulations, and have previous experience leading a team of payroll officers, then we would love to hear from you.What you will need as Payroll Officer:
  • Frontier Payroll systems experience
  • General Accounting experience
  • Experience managing others.
  • Experience of running monthly payroll process for a large workforce
