Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work at one of their cliemts construction firms in Aberdare. Main duties: * Customer and client liaison, making and taking calls to answer queries and book appointments * To update/amend the client management database when required. * Team working, assisting colleagues where necessary including Billericay. * To ensure tree roots are sent to the lab periodically (minimum twice a week). * Coordination of the transportation of the soil samples at least twice a week * To collate & co-ordinate distribution of draft site plan documents to the internal CAD person. * To collate all returns of field data putting relevant information on the client management *database. * To manage the work in progress and ensure all works are progressed to completion to allow reports and invoices to be sent to the client. * To prioritise return / cancelled site visits and ensure that the date is within the agreed service standard. Highlight in the diary to signify their importance The successful applications must:* Be computer and IT literate * Previous experience in the industry desirable * Numerate and familiar with Microsoft 365. * Experience with CAD desirable Working hours and pay rates:* Monday - Friday * 8:00am - 5:00pm * £11.06 per hourAcorn by Synergie acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
