The post holder will work as a member of the Nursing Team under the direction and supervision of the Senior Sister to ensure a high standard of nursing care and safety for all patients or service users within the Out-Patients department. The post holder will contribute to the assessment of care needs, the implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, participating and contributing to the wider clinical governance agenda including service development and flexible working to meet the needs of the patients and service. This will include specialist skills in ENT, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Dermatology, Podiatry, Rheumatology and Urology patient assessment. You will work in a multidisciplinary and multi-agency arena alongside other members of the primary and community teams.
