IT Business Change Implementer | Hertfordshire & London & Field & Remote | circa £50,000 incl. car/allowance + benefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity to provide ICT training implementation and business change methods as part of an already talented team.As the new IT Business Change Implementer, you will be working closely with the Business Change & Relationship Manager to assist with the effective implementation of new systems and processes.This user-facing role will see you work with diverse project communities made up of both internal staff as well as some external project teams based across several sites across the UK, so you will be field-based, with the option to work from home a couple of times per week.THE BASICS:Individuals who can deliver change and support corporate business systems & 3rd party applications, co-ordinate the deployment of ICT & Digital Applications, own and plan all key deliverables; build strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver user focused training activities are likely to receive an immediate interview request.Youll be joining a team of 10.THE PRE-REQUISITES:We are looking for people who can manage auditing & reporting of on-site usage of bespoke systems, assist with pre / post upgrade & user acceptance testing for new systems, fixes & enhancements - work with the ICT Helpdesk / Users for product specificsupport and work alongside the ICT Trainer in delivering other bespoke training programmes.Microsoft products such as TEAMS and O365 will be used regularly in this role.THE QUALIFICATIONS:-Several years experience of 1 to 1 and group environment training (ideally).-Experience of training bespoke web-based systems.-Microsoft accredited trainer (not compulsory).- Change Management.THE CONCLUSION:If you are an IT Trainer, and ICT Implementer, an IT Business Change Implementer, or a Business Change Project Manager who can administer bespoke systems roll outs, coupled with great communication skills and excellent time/project schedule management skills, wed like to hear from you ASAPThis role is suited to someone who is project delivery focused with a can do attitude; able to work independently without supervision.VC_55_IMPL_SEWe are an equal opportunities employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
