Job Description

Our client is an established and highly successful Insurance Broker near Plymouth. They have an impressive attrition rate with their staff and offer career progression and support qualification pursuit.The Opportunity:You will work in a busy insurance team looking to assess and discuss the client’s insurance requirements with them. You will then look to secure them a competitive and comprehensive cover via liaising with underwriters and utilising the schemes available and present and secure your clients custom.What’s needed for me to be considered

  • The ideal candidate will have previous insurance experience of dealing with new and existing business clients. This is a very busy department and is 99% telephone based role. They must have good keyboard skills and excellent telephone manner and be able to prioritise and multi-task.
  • You will need to have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
