Job Description

Inbound Customer Service ExecutiveYelverton, Devon£20,500 with a pathway to £22,50037.5 hours a week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 9:30am- 6:00pm and Monday/Thursday 10:30am7:00pm)Do you provide an excellent level of customer service and have a great telephone manner Are you looking for a new role within a company that offer fantastic progression opportunity and training Then this might be the job for you!The purpose of an Account Handler is to undertake designated duties within the Personal Insurance Department in accordance with the Companys requirements.Responsibilities:

  • To successfully broke new business enquiries and insurance renewals
  • Provide a first class service to clients by fulfilling their insurance requirements.
  • To build and maintain relationships with clients, insurances, and other staff within the company.
  • To liaise with colleagues to share information about their current insurances marketplace, and to assist them with any insurance queries.
  • To provide insurers and underwriters with accurate information to ensure they can assess each risk correctly
  • To maintain accurate files and to ensure copies of correspondence
  • To always maintain clients and the companys confidentiality
  • To comply with the company policy on information security and acceptable use
Skills required:
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to gather and analyse information for the client and resolve problems
  • Ability to identify and respond appropriately to an individual clients level of understanding
  • Ability to identify and match products with client requirements
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
Additional bonuses:
  • After 6/12 month of being at the company, you can work hybrid where you only work form the office for 2 days a week.
  • If you dont have your insurance certificates, they will pay and support you through a 15 months period of gaining your certificates.
