Summary You will be leading the Food & Beverage team alongside the F&B manager, coaching, nurturing, and developing the team to deliver fantastic service to our visitors.The hours:30 hours per week. Average shiftof 7.5 hours starting between 8am and 10am and finish between 4pm and 7pm depending on the rota for that day. There are no split shifts and evenings as we are predominately a day business, includesweekends working on a rota basis.The salary: £18,470 (equivalent to £11.84 per hour) Inc 33 days annual leave, company pension scheme, plus other benefitsDuration: This is a permanent position, with the opportunity to progress What its like to work here Click here to find out more about working for a leading food & hospitality brand What youll be doing Youll work with our Food & Beverage Manager to manage our entire Food & Beverage operation. This is a hands on role in a small friendly team so you will be working in all areas of the business from back office work, front of house and kitchen work. Youllshare your ideas and experience to help us continually improve, from mouth-watering food, to attentive service, to little touches that make a big difference. Your catering know-how and attention to detail, will ensure that every visitor has an incredible experience.Youll be supporting the manager with all aspects of the business including back office tasks so computer literacy is required. As part of your role you will line manage a small team supporting them with their development. We may be able to offer an apprenticeshipas part of this role enabling you to gain a qualification at the same time as working for us.
