Summary You will be leading the Food & Beverage team alongside the F&B manager, coaching, nurturing, and developing the team to deliver fantastic service to our visitors.The hours:30 hours per week. Average shiftof 7.5 hours starting between 8am and 10am and finish between 4pm and 7pm depending on the rota for that day. This is a hands on role in a small friendly team so you will be working in all areas of the business from back office work, front of house and kitchen work. Youllshare your ideas and experience to help us continually improve, from mouth-watering food, to attentive service, to little touches that make a big difference. Your catering know-how and attention to detail, will ensure that every visitor has an incredible experience.Youll be supporting the manager with all aspects of the business including back office tasks so computer literacy is required. As part of your role you will line manage a small team supporting them with their development. We may be able to offer an apprenticeshipas part of this role enabling you to gain a qualification at the same time as working for us.
