Attitude is everything, this is an opportunity to really shake things up to support growth and make the role your own.As Head of PPC we expect you to lead our paid media team and drive the growth of clients businesses through paid media channels. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the PPC landscape and a proven track record of driving successful campaignsacross multiple channels, including but not limited to paid search, display and video.Key responsibilities Lead the paid media team and develop strategies that drive growth for our clients across all paid media channels. Develop and implement PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, ensuring that campaigns are optimised to meet client objectives. Manage the day-to-day operations of the paid media team, including overseeing campaign management, budget allocation and performance reporting. Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, create campaign strategies and manage expectations. Identify new opportunities and trends in the paid media landscape, keeping the agency at the forefront of industry developments. Work closely with the agencys SEO, content and creative teams to ensure paid media campaigns are integrated with wider marketing strategies. Ensure that campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, meeting client expectations, and delivering ROI. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes in technology to ensure that our agency stays ahead of the curve.Requirements: A minimum of 5 years experience in a ppc role, with proven experience in managing and delivering successful campaigns across multiple channels. A deep understanding of paid media channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, display and video. Excellent communication and client management skills. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams. A track record of delivering results-driven campaigns that meet and exceed client objectives. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with experience in managing budgets and delivering performance reports.
