Due to our continued success, we require an additional Sales Administrator to join our Head Office and Manufacturing site in Yateley for an initial 9 month fixed term contractworking Mon to Fri 8.30- 5 with approx. 2 days in the office per week and the remainder from home once your training is completed. We can offer a salary up to £23k plus a completion bonus of £750 at the end of the contract.We are an international organisation with our modern manufacturing sit and head office based in Yateley. You would be working as part of a team of 6 within our Sales Administration department and the role would suit candidates with previous sales administration or sales order processing experience who are available asap and happy to consider a contract role. Alternatively, you might be a graduate or College Leaver seeking your 2nd job since completing your studies, having already gained 6 to 12 months office based administration experience.The main duties of the role are as follows:-To progress customer sales enquiries for equipment spares and manage productOrders for the complete range of our equipment.Acknowledgement of orders received, liaison over delivery dates and organisation of customer satisfaction and in strict compliance with export and other shippingregulations.To progress purchase orders from customers, matching to any existing quotes, inputting to the company ERP system, ensuring all internal vetting processes are completed andany export control requirements highlighted prior to confirming acceptance of the order.To coordinate optimal despatch dates with the Production Planning team.To monitor delivery schedules and ensure the Production plans will achieve committed dates, where this is not possible, advising the external customer, internal sales andengineering staff, if appropriate, in sensitive customer situations, that alteration of despatch dates are necessary.To manage the shipment of equipment to customers across the world, establishing priorities with the internal packing team and liaising with external couriers/freight forwarders, ensuring comprehensive accompanying documentation, strict adherence to export licence regulations/VAT regulations and any drivers handling Company equipment are fully qualified/certificated to handle hazardous goods when required.To produce accurate and timely invoices to customers for all equipment orders.In order to be successful as one of our Sales Administrators you should have strong PC Skills, with a good standard of excel. You should be quick to learn and enjoy working in a busy role and be happy to undertake duties to assist your colleagueswhen we are busy. You will be bright, confident and ideally have worked on a CRM database previously.You should ideally have experience of sales administration, sales order processing, customer liaison or another admin processing type of role. You should be used to communicating with customers via email and phone. In return we can offer a generoussalary of up to £23k, a modern head office working environment, some home working, full benefits and 25 days holiday.
