Project PlannerYate, Bristol, South West England£45-50,000, negotiable salary depending upon relevant experienceDiscretionary company-wide bonus after qualifying period, Private health care, Death in service, Generous pensionJob Reference: J105606Working for a leading Electrical business based in North Bristol, you will be working on prestigious projects. Your responsibilities as Project Planner will include:*Assisting the tendering team in developing project plans and schedules for Conceptual design*Construction and management of the project programme.*Preparing work plans*Creating a logical sequence of activities and interdependencies to project accurate start and end dates of projects*Analysing third party plans and incorporate them into the main work plan*Carrying out quality checks on plans and schedules to ensure compliance to best practice *Managing interdependencies of project*Raising early warnings notices for identified risks*Creating periodic reports for use to report and monitor project progress*Creating dynamic and specific dashboards to monitor and report project progress*Supporting the implementation of the project plans and schedules to meet contractual requirements and targets with cost savings*Developing manuals, processes and procedures for the implementation of the new project management processYour skillset will include-Significant demonstrable experience working using planning software within the -Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Project (or Primavera) and Excel-Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills (and able to extract relevant and critical data from a variety of stakeholders-Professional demeanour -Self-motivated, driven and goal orientated-Proactive and initiative-taking On offer is a generous salary and benefits package and opportunities for personal development and career progression.To apply please contact Gareth Bone or apply online
