Job Description

We contribute our drive and our success to our world-class team and are currently seeking to add a like-minded passionate individual to join our organisation.HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCEYour focus will be the to manage the cleanliness and accuracy of the data within NetSuite and to identify and develop solutions to promote continuous improvement.By analysing our current procedures, you are expected to work with the team and wider business to invent better strategies to support our global operations.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT: -

  • Systems architecture
  • Working closely with business functions to understand their current and future needs.
  • Working on developing the Netsuite roadmap for the business.
  • Designing, testing and implementing customisations, custom objects and new functionality
  • Managing project timelines, identify risks and issues, escalate as needed and drive to resolution.
  • Creating user training programmes to improve and maintain user skill levels.
  • Project managing semi-annual system updates to account for software changes.
  • Testing business processes within the release previews in advance of system updates.
  • Building of workflows.
  • DATA MANAGEMENT: -
  • System maintenance
  • Continually reviewing the system to ensure functional requirements are configured correctly.
  • Planning and managing change configuration and customisation requests.
  • Developing and implementing procedures to improve the quality of data entry.
  • Review of forms, fields and customer records to manage business process requirements
  • Creating and maintaining reports, KPIs and dashboards.
  • Performing regular data audits and resolving identified issues.
  • USER SUPPORT: -
  • User experience management
  • Managing the NetSuite help desk for user requests and questions.
  • Building and running training sessions to continuously improve user capabilities.
  • User account management including new starters, role changes, and leavers.
  • WHAT MAKES YOU RIGHT FOR THIS ROLERequired Attributes:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Management of around 150 users in a multi-subsidiary business.
  • Hands on experience designing solutions, installing software and migrating data.
  • Capable of working autonomously, anticipating needs and solving problems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communicator on the telephone and in person.
  • High levels of both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize.
  • Multi-task to meet deliverables with little supervision.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Logical thinking.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Desired Attributes:
  • Experience using OneWorld, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript and SuiteBuilder.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Manufacturing Accounts Payable/Receivable and/or accounting experience.
