Job Description

Role: Inside Sales Representative – PartsLocation: YateLocation: £30,000 - £35,000 + BenefitsWe are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Insides Sales Representative for our Parts Department. The role is responsible for supporting our customers with an efficient and comprehensive after sales service in followingup on customer requirements for spare parts not only for our tanks but also running gear of our trailers and pumping systems sold by Western Global. The individual will need to quote customers, follow up on customer enquiries & closing of sales.   • Be the primary contact with customers and prospects related to parts enquiries.
  • Follow up on quotes sent through to customers.
  • Accurately enter sales activity onto the CRM system (NetSuite).
  • Develop long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Providing day-to-day contact to ensure orders are managed, products and services are delivered, and quality is ensured.
  • Ensure that any customer complaints are action in a swift and timely manner.
  • Represent Western Global professionally in all forms of contact with client.
What we are looking for in our ideal Inside Sales Representative:
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry or technical environment.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Good standard of IT capability e.g. Microsoft Outlook & Word.
  • Previous use of a CRM tool ideally NetSuite.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize.
  • Multi-task to meet deliverables with little supervision.
  • Past experience in a spare parts service role desirable.
What can we offer youWe a basesalary between £30,000 and £35,000, with commission atmin 20% of the salary based on hitting agreed targets,as well as opportunities for advancement, knowledge and skills development, and recognition of achievements.
