Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their busy successful team, you will provide professional and courteous service to customers. You will also support the field Sales team. You will create new opportunities for existing customers and develop new customers in conjunction with the Field Sales team.

  • Master our Product Offering for EDM Market
  • Administer the EDM business from quote to delivery and cash receipt.
  • Develop intimate knowledge of and strong relationships with customers
  • Submitting offers to customers or to field sales representatives.
  • Following up on quotations, develop new accounts.
  • Support the CS administration function across the business, including creating new accounts; entering and acknowledging order details in information system; administering customer claims and returns.
  • Master Incoterms and shipment regulations for UK and export activities.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the grade and nature of this position.
  • Skills Required:
    1. Business unit products/Technologies/Services - Knows portfolio and understands sales leverages.
    2. IT tools - Has a good knowledge of the company software.
    3. Local market specifics - Understand local requirements that influence the sales process.
    4. Communication (verbal and written) - Conveys information to another effectively and efficiently using good communications skill.
    5. Negotiation - Knows how to prepare and/or conduct a business negotiation with the objective of finding the win-win agreement that ensures cooperation.
    6. Networking inside company - Develops good professional relationships with the stakeholders within the Group.
    7. Relationship building - Identifies customers key decision-makers and develops good professional relationship in the local context.
    8. Reporting - Issues timely, accurate and complete reports and analyses as required by the business processes.
    9. Salesmanship - Knows sales and prospecting techniques and applies them in the context of the relationship with the customer.
    The role will start on a temporary basis and will be reviewed after 3 months, with the role starting on a temporary basis you must be available straight away for work.£26,000 salary depending on experienceCP1Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer Required skills
