The successful candidate will be responsible for running a kitchen with varying levels of intensity. We need someone who can provide directional leadership and inspiration to all kitchen staff as well as being able to produce high quality, fresh locallysourced food on a high-volume basis as well as ensuring quality control of every dish that leaves the kitchen.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years working experience within this industry at a similar level.This opportunity will include all aspects of the day to day running of a usually busy kitchen; from planning the top-quality menu to individual item costs, from recruitment and training of staff to liaising with suppliers and negotiating contracts.Main duties include:
