Job Introduction Sodexo have a unique opportunity to join our Technical Services team as the Revenue and Project Work Co-Ordinator at Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester. We are looking for someone with multi services experience, together with a project management backgroundideally in healthcare. This work involves managing high value projects covering big modifications to facilities. Its a growing opportunity and high profile within the technical services team, covering a range of diverse projects. You will need to be proactiveand able to introduce innovation with new ideas; an excellent negotiator, confident dealing with clients, and a multitasker who is used to working to targets. This is an exciting opportunity with excellent potential for the right person.In this role you will be required to effectively develop and coordinate the revenue programme to ensure all planned works are completed within the fiscal year & that the necessary completion documentation is provided to the Finance Controller to enable timelyinvoicing including all site attendance costs. You will be raising unplanned maintenance requests for any Lifecycle assets requiring unplanned repair or replacement ensuring all costs, including site attendances are recharged. You will work closely with theService Operations team as well as co-ordinating all works comprehensively.This is a rewarding opportunity which will enable you to work across a wide range of projects and challenge you both personally and professionally to deliver an exceptional level of service within a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities

  • Engage with all stakeholders ensuring all works are carried out safely with due regard to site permit to work procedures, HTMs, HBNs & statutory requirements.
  • Ensure all drawings and room data sheets are amended to reflect service variation works completed
  • To ensure only approved sub-contractors are used and that current inquiry & tender documentation is correctly utilized to ensure competitive quotations are sought & best value is obtained.
  • Co-ordinate the annual Project Co Lifecycle programme of works to ensure each asset line is effectively completed capturing all additional site attendance costs & that works are carried out safely with adequate supervision.
  • To co-ordinate the annual Service Provider Lifecycle programme of works to ensure each asset line is effectively completed capturing all additional site attendance costs & that works are carried out safely with adequate supervision.
  • Respond to Trust Variation inquires & Small Works Requests within the contractual timescales ensuring that our offer is fair & reasonable and reflects the customer requirements & regulatory requirements for the stated clinical use.
  • Assist Service Operations staff with the preparation of the annual Lifecycle programme & building condition report, advising of any known asset condition issues to inform the funding cycle.
  • To work closely and cooperatively with the site Operations Team & Trust representatives to ensure that building & services projects are effectively managed, minimising any clinical disruption of services.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience of designing and implementing complex M&E projects & building fabric works.
  • Experience of working within a Healthcare PFI environment.
  • Experience of working successfully with accrediting and regulatory bodies and implementing associated programmes.
  • Experience of schedules of rates & estimating.
  • Understanding of ISO9000 Quality Management Systems.
  • Results driven, highly literate & numerate with excellent knowledge Of IT applications.
