Job Description

Your new role:Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing manufacturing business who have been established for c.30 years and who export worldwide. Following recent investment and planned growth, the business are keen to recruit a part qualified/qualifiedmanagement accountant (ACCA/CIMA) to join their busy, fast paced finance function. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for costings, variance analysis and act as a finance partner for the business.Duties and responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing of departmental budgets.
  • Reviewing and managing costings across the business.
  • Overseeing all finance administration including payroll, NI, VAT and benefits management.
  • Overseeing credit control.
  • Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth.
  • Providing accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making.
  • Producing month end and year end financial reports.
  • Preparing statutory and management accounts.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process.
  • Manage capital expenditure.
  • Producing financial statements including P&L accounts and cash flows.
  • Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Developing and managing financial systems.
You will be/have
  • Part qualified ACCA/CIMA or qualified ACCA/CIMA
  • Advanced Excel skills in addition to Sage Line 200/SAP experience.
  • The ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and confident in liaising with stakeholders.
  • Keen to progress and develop.
